How to Start Promoting Your Events

Events.com Promote helps you reach a wider audience through just a few clicks. Expand your event’s reach for free on Events.com Discover and partner calendars, and easily target your audience with automated paid digital ads across 8+ social networks. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully promote your event.


1. Log into your Events.com account and choose Promote. [Login Here


2. Click "Create an event." 



3. If you don’t need to add tickets to this event, continue on to Events.com Promote.


4. Fill out your event details and click "Publish."

Your event is now added to Events.com Discover and our Calendar Network for free. 



5. To build and launch your effective, customized paid promotional campaigns, fill out the four sections:

  1. Set up your campaign:

Choose your campaign’s start and end dates, and select the cities you want to target.

  1. Promote on Events.com and our Calendar Network:

Reach millions of engaged event-goers by targeting key regions and city calendars within our network.

  1. Set up your Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign:

Easily create social media ads with our automated tools. Your event will be promoted on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and 8+ other channels, targeting your audience based on location, interests, and behavior.

  1. Start your campaign:

Review your campaign summary, including the estimated reach based on your selected settings.



6.  Click "Promote Now," proceed with the payment process, and your event will be promoted!
