Create a Free Event

Creating an event is simple, and in just a few steps, you'll be ready to start inviting attendees. Follow the guide below to set up your free event and start managing your event effortlessly.


1. Create an event

To get started, click Create An Event and follow steps 1-3 to add main information about your event (i.e. type, name, location, date, description etc). If you do not have an account yet, you will be able to create one during step 4. If you have an account, please log in first.


On the left hand side menu of the Home Page, click Event Details and then select Registrations/Tickets.



Add your registration or ticket, entering the name and the quantity available (if unlimited, leave blank), then set the price to $0 to make it a free event.


To hide the $0.00 pricing from the order page, open the Advanced Settings by clicking on the gear icon (⚙). From here toggle Hide Pricing if $0.00 to YES. You can also set Availability, and Restrictions on People such as Gender; Age; Max Purchase Per Order; Location and Access Code Required.



 Click SAVE at the top or bottom to save your changes.
