How to promote an event
Tell the world about your event! Expand your reach and grow attendance. Promote your events through local calendars, social media ads, and more.

1. Log into your Events.com account.

2. Select the event (LIVE) you wish to promote.

3. Click Promote to access your marketing tools.




4. The marketing set up page will allow you to create and launch effective customized promotional campaigns.  Just follow 4 simple steps:


Few notes to consider: 

  • Set up your campaign 

    Select the start/end date  and the targeted cities  of your promotional campaign 
  • Promote on Events.com and Partner Calendars

    Add your event to the Events.com Calendars to get thousands of event goers eyes on your event. For virtual events, please contact our support team at help@events.com 
  • Set up your Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign 

    Build social media ads in a few clicks with our automated marketing tools. Your event will be automatically advertised on Facebook, Instagram, Google and 8+ more channels to an audience targeted perfectly based on geography, interests, and affinity
  • Start your campaign

    Here is the recap of your campaign with an estimated number of people reached according to your settings. 

5. Click PROMOTE NOW, proceed with the payment process and your event will be listed in local calendars and promoted through digital marketing campaigns!
